These terms apply to the StarkBerry Studios website and our games. By using them you agree to these terms. If you got a game through the Meta Horizon Store, Meta's terms for that store also apply.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play our games for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute our games except as allowed by law.
Content creation
You're welcome to stream, record, and post videos of our games, including monetized videos, as long as you don't imply that we endorse you.
Health and safety
VR can cause motion sickness, disorientation, or injury if you collide with your surroundings. Play in a clear space, follow your headset manufacturer's safety guidelines, and take breaks. Stop playing if you feel unwell.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by the store you bought from, and refunds follow that store's policy.
Ownership
Our games, artwork, music, and trademarks belong to StarkBerry Studios or our licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of them.
Disclaimer
Our games and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee they will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, StarkBerry Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of TODO: your state/country.
