Data Deletion
You can delete any data associated with you at any time.
Newsletter email
- Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email we've sent you, or
- Email privacy@starkberrystudios.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the address you want removed.
We will permanently delete your email address from our mailing list within 30 days and confirm by email.
Survive the Zombies save data
- Save data is stored on your headset. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
- If you use Meta cloud backup, delete the game's backup in your Meta Quest settings or Meta account. Meta manages this backup, not us.
Support conversations
Email privacy@starkberrystudios.com and we will delete your past support emails within 30 days.
Meta account data
Information Meta holds about you, such as your account and purchase history, is managed by Meta. You can request its deletion through your Meta account settings.
